In Pagak.
South Sudan Vice President, Dr Riek Machar Teny said he wants to come to Juba, but the government has denied him access to Juba International Airport. He blamed the government for his failure to arrive on 18th of April. But, previously the spokesman of SPLA IO, William Ezekiel said that their leader was unable to come due to a technical issue in Pagak that has nothing to do with the government. While in Juba officials are accusing Dr Riek of contravening his conditions of coming, the South Sudan Minister of Information and Broadcasting, Michael Makuei said that Dr Riek is only allowed with 195 staffs, equipped with light machine gun. But anything beyond this will not be accepted.
